1.Open the finder to your home folder
2.In the Menu bar, select ‘View’ -> ‘Show View Options’
3.Enable ‘Show Library Folder’
4.Your home folder should now display the ‘Library’ folder and you should be able to add mail folders (‘~/Library/Mail/V8')
